Trained as a sound engineer at ESCS before pivoting to performance during the long Lisbon nights of 2020. Built a reputation through a residency at Lux Frágil and a string of unannounced sunrise sets in galerias subterrâneas across the city — no flyers, just a phone tree that grew.

His 2024 LP Ar Baixo on Príncipe drew international attention; he toured it through eleven countries on a single Pelican case of hardware and a hire car. Crack Magazine called him "the only Portuguese act on the festival circuit you'd recognize from the booth before the speakers."

Roster handles his international touring outside of Iberia. The set is fully improvised — no DAW, no setlist — and he is known to refuse encores on principle, on the grounds that "the show ended when it ended."
